Refund & Return Policy
At Unique Traces, I want you to be happy with your purchase. As my products are handmade and may be fragile, I carefully prepare and package every order. If you need to return an item or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within the 48 hours after the product is delivered.
Right of Withdrawal

Return Conditions
Returned items should be sent back without undue delay and, where possible, in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in the same condition in which you received it, allowing only the handling necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in their possession.
If an item has been damaged, used, altered, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, the refund request cannot be accepted.

For damaged ceramic items, please provide clear photographs of:
- The outer packaging;
- The shipping label;
- The protective packaging materials; and
- The damaged item.

Once I receive the returned item, I will process the refund.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Custom and Personalised Items
The right of withdrawal does not generally apply to items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised for the customer, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
If you are considering ordering a customised or personalised item, please contact me before placing your order if you have any questions about its return eligibility.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have in relation to goods that are defective or do not conform to the agreed order.

Please do not send an item back without contacting me first and receiving return instructions.
